Remote Aerial Surveys, the UAV division of Richard Allitt Associates, has announced the appointment of Dominic Turner to the role of Operations Manager.

Dominic brings 7 years’ experience of commercial UAV operations to his new role at RAS, which is based in Staplefield, West Sussex and has offered high quality and cost effective survey, inspection, mapping and 3d modelling services to multiple sectors including Water, Environment, Rail and Construction since 2014.

Commenting on joining RAS as Operations Manager, Dominic said:

“We have exciting prospects and challenges ahead. I am really looking forward to working with an established team with the opportunities to further grow the business.”

Martin Allitt, RAA Director, commented that Dominic’s arrival will strengthen RAS’s position in the industry, where RAS has a place on the Network Rail UAV framework, as well as opening up further opportunities in the construction industry.
